The client/coach relationship is one of mutual responsibility: I commit myself to the fulfillment of my client’s goals, and I hold my clients accountable for doing their “homework,” the interim assignments and exercises that will move them toward achieving their objectives in a safe, supportive and confidential environment.
I am passionate about creating a successful path through your transition. Using techniques such as proven coaching methodologies, tools and assessments, along with experience and training in outcome-focused couching, I partner with you to discover your life’s purpose.
At the initial 20-minute consultation, offered at no charge, we will both determine whether there is a fit between my style and your needs. During the first month’s sessions, we identify values, discover strengths, and establish achievable goals in order to begin developing the roadmap to achieve those goals.
Clients receive three 45-minute coaching sessions per month, on the phone or via Skype, and support in between if needed. Coaching engagements typically span 3 months to one year.
Together, we’ll find a better way and answer the question “What’s next?”
